2. Course Enrollment and Access
● Eligibility: Courses are open for everyone.
● Registration: Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment and submission of required personal information.
● Access Duration: Access to digital course content is time-limited and varies per course (e.g., 3 months or 6 months).
● Non-Transferable: Accounts and course access may not be shared or transferred to another individual.
3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellation
● Fee Structure: All fees must be paid as per the published rates. We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice.
● Refund Policy:
○ Full refunds are available only if Mashahed Hassan Simanta cancels the course.
○ Refunds for dissatisfaction or personal reasons are not provided once course access is granted.
○ In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment or payment error), a written refund request must be submitted within 3 working days of the transaction.
● Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, bank transfers, and card payments.
4. Student Code of Conduct
All learners are expected to:
● Maintain respectful behavior toward peers, instructors, and staff.
● Avoid plagiarism, copying, or cheating during assignments or exams.
● Not disrupt live sessions, group discussions, or class forums.
Violation of this code may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the platform without refund.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
● All course content—including videos, documents, graphics, assignments, and live sessions—is owned by Mashahed Hassan Simanta.
● Learners are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the content for personal education only.
● Republishing, reselling, recording, or distributing content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
6. Certification Policy
● Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of all course modules, assignments, and assessments.
● Mashahed Hassan Simanta reserves the right to withhold certification if academic dishonesty or misconduct is detected.
● Digital certificates will be provided via email or student portal.
7. Platform Access and Technical Support
● Our learning platform is accessible via desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, uninterrupted access depends on your internet service and device compatibility.
● Mashahed Hassan Simanta is not responsible for technical issues arising from the user’s hardware or network.
● For any login, access, or payment-related issues, learners must contact our support team within 72 hours of occurrence.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
● We collect student data (e.g., name, contact info, educational background) solely for academic and administrative purposes.
● Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
● Mashahed Hassan Simanta may use anonymized performance data for research or marketing.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
